Your goods will usually be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday), subject to our holiday dates. We do however request that customers allow up to 7 days for UK delivery and 14 days for Europe and rest of the world. Orders reported lost during delivery cannot be replaced within this period. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within 14 days, we will contact you immediately to agree another time for delivery. If an agreement cannot be reached on a delivery time the customer will be offered an exchange or full refund.
All products are shipped discreetly in padded envelopes with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a Recorded service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service and customers confidentiality.
If you the customer are not in when your package arrives Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.

Delivery to any UK mainland address is £2.99.
Packaging
All packaging will be plain and discreet. We place a return address label on the reverse of all packages which gives our company name "Black Cat Marketing Ltd" and address.
Refunds & Exchanges
Under the terms of the Sale of goods act 1979, faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to us within a reasonable time after purchase. You can request an exchange of goods, or a full refund.
Returns
If after purchasing a product you change your mind, return it to us within fourteen days, at your own risk and expense, unopened and undamaged. We will provide a refund of the cost of the item within 28 days, less a 15% handling fee.
